How can I check my Delight Mobile number?

On your phone, press *195# followed by the call key — your number will automatically display on the screen.

How can I check my account balance?

On your phone, simply key in *192# followed by pressing the call key. Your credit balance will automatically display on screen.

I have forgotten my PUK/ PIN code

Your PUK/PIN code is displayed on the SIM card holder that came in your starter pack. Please retain it for safekeeping. Alternatively, you can call Customer Service and they will be happy to assist you.

How can I use the internet on my mobile?

Why is my phone showing Orange as my network?

On some occasions you may see ‘Orange’ on your handset display instead of ‘Delight’. This is currently being resolved, but we can assure all our customers that charges will remain the same.

I lost my SIM card. Can I move my old number to a new SIM?

Simply call Customer Service.
You may be asked security questions in order to verify that you are the account holder.
Please be advised that it costs £1 to do a SIM swap. The amount will be deducted from your balance.

It’s FREE!
As soon as you’re registered you can:
  • Check your balance;
  • Check your call history;
  • Edit your personal details;
  • Add credit.

I’ve lost the signal/network coverage — what shall I do?

Select the menu 'Delight Services'
Then click on ‘Select Roaming Mode’
  • Two options will appear. Select ‘Manual’ followed by 'In the UK'. This should allow your phone to reconnect to the network.
